For the public sector · citizen-facing AI

The AI your citizens meet.

Your staff may already have AI tools. But when a resident asks about a building permit at 11 pm — in Arabic — who answers? Digital Venue helps residents find the right information, get answers, and use municipal services. The agent draws on your own information, responds in multiple languages, and is available around the clock. Hosted in the EU. Fixed price. Built for the public sector.

The other half of AI

Your staff have AI tools.
This is the half your citizens meet.

Many public-sector organisations — kommuner, regioner, statliga myndigheter — already run an internal AI platform — drafting documents, summarising, automating workflows. Good. Keep it. Digital Venue is the complement: the agent facing outward, answering residents and visitors directly. By voice or text, in their language, around the clock.

What you may already have

AI for your employees.

Internal assistants that draft staff reports, summarise documents, and automate office workflows. Faces inward. Several good Swedish platforms do this — and we don't compete with them.

  • Drafting tjänsteskrivelser and memos
  • Summarising case files for handläggare
  • Automating internal workflows
What Digital Venue adds

AI for your citizens.

A conversational agent on your website, in your library, at your museum, at the front desk. Faces outward. Grounded only in your own information — and measured continuously against it.

  • "How do I apply for bygglov?" — answered, with the e-service linked
  • "Books for my 9-year-old, in Arabic" — live at Nacka today
  • Spoken answers in the resident's own language, 24/7
Where it works · real questions

Three questions a kommun gets
every single day.

Not hypothetical. The library example runs in production today; the others are grounded in public-sector data sources the same way.

Citizen services

"How do I apply for bygglov?"

The agent answers from your own rules: which drawings are required, the fee, the processing time — and links straight to your e-service. Not "check your municipality's website."

  • Grounded in your styrdokument and taxa
  • Hands over to the e-service, not a dead end
  • Answers at 23:00 on a Sunday, too
The library · live today

"Books for my 9-year-old — in Arabic."

Live at Forum Libraries Nacka across three branches: titles available today, cover images, shelf locations, which branch has them. Delivered with Axiell, the library-systems leader.

  • Grounded in the live library catalogue
  • Thousands of patron conversations a month
  • The same platform extends to the whole kommun
Accessibility

"Can I just ask someone?"

Web self-service assumes you can find the form and read the language. Voice meets residents where they are: elderly callers, visually impaired users, newcomers who speak anything but Swedish.

  • Speak any language — answered in the same language
  • Voice-first: no form, no menu tree
  • One service level for every resident
Built for the meeting with your DPO, IT-chef and upphandlare

Seven answers your procurement
will ask for in writing.

We built the platform around the legal concepts a Swedish public body opens the meeting with — not as a compliance afterthought.

1

EU-sovereign. By architecture.

Swedish-incorporated. EU-only infrastructure on Scaleway (Paris, Amsterdam). No US-incorporated parent. Schrems II and CLOUD Act exposure: zero.

2

Offentlighet & arkiv. Native.

Conversation logs structured for offentlighetsprincipen. Retention, redaction and secrecy classes aligned with arkivlagen and OSL.

3

LOU. We speak it.

Direktupphandling supported today; ramavtal in dialogue. Full DPA, SLA and security-review pack ready before you ask.

4

Fixed price. One budget line.

No per-token billing. No per-minute voice fees. Your bill doesn't spike when usage does — your ekonomichef can forecast the line.

5

Quality. Measured, not promised.

98.7% grounded answers, scored continuously against ground-truth data. Ask any vendor for their number — most won't give you one.

6

On-premise. When cloud isn't enough.

The full stack runs in a sealed environment on your own hardware — no data egress. Commercial program opening H2 2026.

7

Auditable. No lock-in.

The core is auditable and self-hostable: your IT-chef can inspect how it works, run it on your own infrastructure, and leave with your data and configuration intact. No proprietary black box, no exit penalty. How our open approach works →

Thirty minutes.
Your questions, our numbers.

A scoping call, not a sales pitch: your use case, the live production systems, the measured quality, and what a direktupphandling or ramavtal path would look like for your kommun.

Common questions

Things kommuner ask before the first call.

We already have an internal AI platform. Why this?

Keep it — it's a different category. Internal platforms help your staff work. Digital Venue answers your residents directly. The two complement each other; many municipalities will run both.

Our library runs an Axiell system. Is this the same thing?

Same platform, two doors. For the library, Digital Venue is delivered through Axiell — ask your Axiell contact. For the rest of the kommun — medborgarservice, museums, culture — you contract with us directly.

How does procurement work?

Direktupphandling today; ramavtal in dialogue. We provide the full LOU pack — DPA, SLA, security review, architecture documentation — before you ask for it.

Where is our data processed?

In the EU, only. Swedish company, EU-only infrastructure in Paris and Amsterdam, no US parent. For workloads that can't leave the building, an on-premise option opens H2 2026.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, scoped to your kommun. No per-token billing, no per-minute voice fees. One number your budget process can carry from year to year.

Which languages does it speak?

The resident chooses, not you. A question in Arabic, Ukrainian, Finnish or English gets a spoken answer in the same language — grounded in the same Swedish source data.
