For procurement, public sector & sovereign-grade buyers

For the procurement that takes nine months, not nine minutes.

Public sector. Larger institutions. Corporate archives where the data can’t leave the building. The same Digital Venue platform that ships in 15 minutes for a museum — delivered with the legal pack, the architecture review, the named contact, and the deployment shape your procurement officer expects. Trust & compliance · The procurement pack

Built for European sovereignty.

Most AI vendors approached EU sovereignty as a marketing exercise. We built the architecture around the legal concepts your DPO, upphandlare and IT-chef will open the meeting with — and that speak their language in the answer.

Sovereignty
Schrems II · CLOUD Act
No US-incorporated parent. No region-toggle theatre.
Public access
Tryckfrihetsförordningen 2 kap.
Conversation logs structured for offentlighetsprincipen.
Records
Arkivlagen & OSL
Retention, redaction, secrecy classes — native.
Security
MSB · informationssäkerhet
Aligned with the auktorisationsguide your IT-chef will cite.
Regulation
GDPR & NIS2
Full DPA pack. Data minimisation by design. NIS2-aligned for critical-sector deployments.
Infrastructure
ISO 27001-certified host
Scaleway · Paris, Amsterdam. EU-only, no inter-region replication outside the EEA.
Procurement
LOU-compliant · ramavtal-ready
Full Lagen om offentlig upphandling-compliant pack. Direktupphandling supported today; SKR ramavtal in dialogue.
Model
Fully sovereign option
Customer-hosted deployment available H2 2026. Full stack on 8 GB VRAM consumer hardware. No data egress.
Architecture · For when EU-hosted isn’t sovereign enough

Run the entire stack on a gaming computer.

Some workloads can’t leave the building. A patient record. A classified municipal file. A corporate archive of unpublished engineering work. For these, even EU cloud isn’t local enough. The full Digital Venue stack — voice, language, retrieval, agent runtime — runs on consumer hardware in a sealed environment. No data egress. No external API calls. No model weights phoning home.

Commercial program H2 2026.

We’ve proven the architecture in test deployments. Quality and latency on consumer GPUs are competitive with our EU-cloud production environment. We’re now opening the commercial on-premise program for a small cohort of launch customers in H2 2026.

Early conversations now. Reference architecture, deployment timeline, and licensing model available under NDA. Book a call to discuss your specific sovereignty profile.

Our library & museum channel · Global partnership

Our partner for the library and museum vertical.

For public-sector libraries and museums, Axiell is the global leader — their systems serve 9,000 libraries and 4,000 museums across 60 countries. In April 2026 they announced Digital Venue as their AI partner. First integration: Quria, rolling out in France and Sweden. For all other segments, we sell direct.

Two paths to buy
Direct Contract with Digital Venue. Fastest path for institutions outside the library/museum vertical, or libraries/museums not running Axiell systems.
Via Axiell Library or museum running Quria or another Axiell system? Ask your Axiell contact about Digital Venue. Same product, through the relationship you already have.

Two anchor customers.
Library network. Municipality.

Forum Libraries Nacka runs Digital Venue across three branches as a digital librarian, via the Axiell channel. Sundsvalls kommun has been a live customer on the platform since 2023. Procurement-shape customers, not pilots.

Quality, measured

We don’t guess.
We swarm.

Procurement officers ask: "how do you know it’s any good?" The honest answer is most AI vendors don’t. We run thousands of synthetic patron-questions against the agent every week, score the responses against ground-truth catalogue data, and ship only when accuracy clears the bar. Live measurement, not vendor-supplied benchmarks.

Why answers are grounded

Hybrid search.
Domain-specific lenses.

The 98.7% grounded number isn’t a training-data fluke. It’s an architectural consequence of how we retrieve. Three things working together: hybrid search, domain-aware lenses, and LLM re-ranking. Most generic RAG vendors do the first one. We do all three because public-facing institutions cannot afford a confidently wrong answer.

Step 01
Hybrid search

Dense vector + lexical BM25 + structured metadata. Three retrieval signals fused.

Step 02
Domain lenses

MARC21, Iconclass, Dewey, sport metadata, archive taxonomy — tuned for your shape.

Step 03
LLM re-ranking

Top-K candidates re-scored for relevance and groundedness before the answer is composed.

Step 04
Cited grounded answer

Source-attributed response in the visitor’s language. Refusal when no grounding exists.

Process · What to expect

How procurement actually works with us.

For self-signup customers, the process is sandbox → live in 15 minutes. For the buyers on this page, it’s different. Here’s the actual sequence, and the realistic timeline, for a kommun, region, larger institution, or corporate archive.

Week 1
Scoping call

30–60 minutes with one of our founders. We map your data sources, languages, deployment shape, and procurement constraints. No deck.

Weeks 2–6
Technical evaluation

Sandbox deployment with your real content. Your team measures grounded-answer rate, latency, and language coverage. We provide the methodology.

Weeks 6–10
DPA & security review

Full data-processing agreement, security questionnaire, MSB-aligned documentation, on-premise architecture review if applicable.

Weeks 10–14
Procurement & deploy

Direktupphandling, ramavtal route, or formal upphandling depending on your size and threshold. Production deployment within 2 weeks of signed contract.

Realistic total: 12–16 weeks from first call to live for a kommun-shape buyer. Faster for direct enterprise without formal upphandling. Slower for state agencies and institutions over the EU procurement threshold. We’ll tell you which bucket you’re in on the scoping call.

Tell us your deployment shape.
We’ll tell you what’s realistic.

30 to 60 minutes with one of the founders. We’ll map your content, your visitors, your sovereignty profile, and your procurement context. You’ll leave with a concrete sense of timeline, deployment shape, and price band — or with a clear “we’re not the right fit.”
