How the path works

Three steps. From curious to live.

Education removes the risk. Consultancy removes the lift. The platform runs it in production. Each step is useful on its own — and each one makes the next one shorter.

1

Learn — get fluent, fast.

Start with the free Foundations webinar and short briefings for your team. Vendor-neutral, plain-language, no slideware. You leave able to judge any AI vendor — including us.

2

Build — a working agent on your own content.

A hands-on workshop or a guided enablement sprint turns your catalogue, archive or FAQ into a real agent. Paid — and the sprint fee is credited toward your subscription if you go live.

3

Deploy & scale — on the platform.

Go live on the Digital Venue platform and hand off to the right plan — self-signup, direct, Enterprise procurement, or Axiell for libraries and museums. The Academy is how you arrive there ready.

Two tracks

One Academy, two ways through it.

The work looks different for a municipality than for a single-site venue. Pick the track that fits — each funnels into the right commercial channel.

Public sector & institutions

The institutional track.

For municipalities, regions, libraries and museums — buyers who must de-risk and document before they procure. Adds the advisory a public body actually needs.

  • Data-governance and EU-sovereignty briefing for decision-makers
  • LOU procurement shaping — direktupphandling, ramavtal or full upphandling
  • Rollout and change-management plan for staff and visitors
  • Funnels into the Enterprise channel and Axiell for libraries & museums
SMB & mid-market

The on-ramp track.

For hotels, clinics, studios, sport clubs, single-site museums and family-run venues new to AI. Faster, lighter, and built to get you live without engineers.

  • Foundations webinar plus a focused team workshop
  • Hands-on build on your own content in a live sandbox
  • A short enablement sprint to launch and a QR code to share
  • Funnels into self-signup and the direct Starter / Launch / Scale plans
Programs · pick your depth

Four ways in. Free to fully done-with-you.

Start free and stop whenever you have what you need. Most teams begin with the webinar and move one step at a time.

01

Foundations webinar — free · 45 minutes.

The vendor-neutral introduction to conversational agents. Live, with Q&A, the last Friday of every month. See the next session →

02

Hands-on workshop — half a day · paid.

A working session for your team. We build a real agent on your own content and leave you with a repeatable method, not slides.

03

Enablement sprint — 2–4 weeks · fee creditable.

A guided implementation that ends in a live agent. The sprint fee is credited toward your platform subscription if you go live within 90 days — so you pay for the lift, not twice.

04

Adoption & procurement advisory — public sector.

Governance, LOU procurement shaping and a rollout plan for municipalities and institutions — so the technology clears the building, not just the demo.

The commercial model

Pay for the lift, not twice.

The Academy is a channel, not a cost centre. Education is free and genuinely vendor-neutral. Consultancy is paid — and built to pay you back when you deploy.

Free

Education stays free.

The webinar and team briefings cost nothing and carry no obligation. You keep what you learn whether or not you ever become a customer.

Creditable

The sprint fee comes back.

Subscribe to a paid plan within 90 days of an enablement sprint and the sprint fee is deducted from your first invoices, up to its full value.

No lock-in

You leave with a working method.

The platform is the natural next step, not a trap. If you stop after a workshop, you still walk away with a real, running agent and the skills to extend it.

Honest questions

What people ask before they start.

Is the Academy just a sales funnel?

The education is genuinely vendor-neutral — you leave able to evaluate any vendor. The consultancy is paid, and if you deploy, the sprint fee is credited toward your subscription. It pays for itself either way.

Do I have to buy the platform afterwards?

No. The free training and paid workshops stand on their own. The enablement sprint is designed to end in a live agent on our platform, but there's no lock-in — you keep the knowledge regardless.

What's the difference between the two tracks?

The public-sector track adds data-governance, LOU procurement and rollout advisory and funnels into Enterprise and Axiell. The SMB track is a faster, lighter onboarding that funnels into self-signup and direct plans.

How is the sprint fee credited toward a subscription?

If you subscribe to a paid plan within 90 days of an enablement sprint, the sprint fee is deducted from your first subscription invoices, up to its full value.

In what language is the Academy delivered?

Sessions run in Swedish or English. Materials are bilingual, and workshops can be run in either language for your team.
