Why we exist.
Most of Europe's public-facing AI infrastructure is still built for text. Voice exists — but rarely at a level that works in real visitor environments.
We built the alternative: conversational voice and text agents that sound natural, respond immediately and work in the visitor's language — not the organisation's.
Hosted entirely within the EU. Runnable on the venue's own hardware, behind its own firewall. Clone the voice of the curator, the guide or the arena announcer. As far as we know, we are alone in Europe in offering the complete stack in a single platform.

We deliver conversational AI agents for organisations that meet people.
Voice and text. Grounded in the organisation's own documents, systems and knowledge. Delivered at a fixed price, with EU-sovereign architecture and implementations that work equally well for smaller venues as for large institutions.
Smaller organisations self-onboard online and can go live the same day. Larger venues get the same platform delivered with the legal pack, the architecture review, a named contact and in the deployment shape their procurement requires.
For an AI agent to actually work in practice, it needs to do four things:

- understand what they mean
- retrieve the right information from the venue's own data
- respond in a voice the venue has chosen

Digital Venue AB is incorporated in Sweden, headquartered in Stockholm. Sales coverage spans Sweden, the Nordics, Germany, the UK and New Zealand. Inference and storage stay inside Europe by default — Scaleway in Paris and Amsterdam — with on-premise as a first-class option for institutions that need it. No CLOUD Act exposure unless the customer chooses it.

Who built it.
A small, deliberately senior team. The serial entrepreneurs behind Quickspin, Fantasma Games, NetEntertainment, CAKE, Reco, Telia and Las Vegas Sands, joined by people who ran digital experience for institutions like Auckland War Memorial Museum and Kungliga Operan. We picked this market because it's the hardest place for AI to be genuinely useful — and the most rewarding when it is.
