Trust & sovereignty
Portable by design — your data, your formats, your exit.
Everything a procurement officer needs to check before the first meeting: where the data sits, which models run, who else is on the machine, and how you leave.
Book a meeting01 / The default
A strong default, with options we explain.
We do not hand you a menu of equivalent choices. We ship the configuration we would defend to your board, and we tell you plainly what changes if you ask for something else.
Open-weight models by default. No dependency on US hyperscalers to run the service.
Every component of the stack, from hosting to inference, sits with a European provider.
Each institution gets its own deployment. No shared tenancy, no co-mingled data.
A frontier US model is available on request. If you ask for one, we will show you exactly which data leaves the European perimeter, under what terms, and what it costs you in sovereignty.
02 / Where your data sits
Swedish residency, available today.
Swedish data residency through our collaboration with Berget AI.
Swedish data residency through our collaboration with Evroc.
European hosting on Scaleway, Amsterdam.
Scaleway adds a Stockholm region.
03 / What that means for you
Separate infrastructure per institution, which is also how we keep one municipality’s material out of another’s answers.
We process it to run the service you asked for. We do not train shared models on it and we do not sell it onward.
The agent handles the questions that arrive at three in the morning. Librarians, teachers and curators keep the judgment calls.
The systems underneath stay where they are. Existing vendors are partners in a deployment, not something to displace.
04 / Leaving
The exit is written down before you sign.
Your content and configuration export in open formats, at any time, without asking us first.
Exit terms are documented in the contract, including the format and the timeline.
The layer is portable across the systems underneath, so changing a catalogue does not mean changing us — and changing us does not mean changing the catalogue.
No proprietary lock on the material your staff create while using the product.
05 / Accessibility
Public institutions operate under accessibility obligations, and so does anything they put in front of the public. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, contrast and text scaling are part of the deployment, not a later remediation project.
Send us your procurement questions before the meeting.
We will answer them in writing, in a form you can paste into a requirements document.
