# Digital Venue

> Digital Venue is a European AI agent platform for the agents citizens and visitors meet: a voice-first AI agent grounded in the institution's own content, answering in any language. In production at Swedish municipal libraries via the global Axiell partnership, built for the whole municipality — citizen services, libraries, culture — and for venues and hospitality. Swedish-incorporated. EU-hosted on Scaleway (Paris, Amsterdam). On-premise option H2 2026.

## What Digital Venue is

A public-facing AI agent — voice and text — for venues, institutions, and events. Visitors speak; the agent answers in their language, grounded in the venue's own catalogue or content.

- **Not a ChatGPT wrapper.** Built on a domain-aware retrieval architecture: hybrid search (dense vector + BM25 + structured metadata), domain-specific lenses (MARC21, Iconclass, Dewey, sport metadata, archive taxonomies), and LLM re-ranking.
- **Measured grounding:** 98.7% grounded answers across thousands of monthly conversations. Live measurement, not vendor benchmarks.
- **Voice quality** close to the best Western models. Voice-clone your curator, tour guide, or stadium announcer with consent.
- **Multilingual.** Speak in any language, answer in any language.
- **EU-sovereign by architecture.** EU-only infrastructure on Scaleway (Paris, Amsterdam). No CLOUD Act exposure. Data stays in Europe by architecture, not by configuration.
- **Fixed price.** Monthly or annual. No per-token billing. No per-minute voice fees.

## What Digital Venue is not

- Not a desk copilot or internal-productivity AI for employees. Digital Venue is the half of AI that faces outward — the half visitors actually meet.
- Not a generic RAG bolt-on. Not a PDF wrapper.

- **Launch — €49/mo (499 kr/mo)** — For single-site venues, sport clubs, museums, exhibitions, events, tours. ## Axiell partnership

Axiell is the global leader for library and museum systems — 9,000 libraries and 4,000 museums in 60 countries. In April 2026, Axiell announced Digital Venue as their AI partner. First integration: Quria (library system), rolling out in Sweden, Germany and France — Sweden and Germany are Axiell's two largest markets. For all non-library/museum segments, Digital Venue sells direct.

## Enterprise and sovereignty

For workloads that cannot leave the building — patient records, classified municipal files, corporate archives of unpublished engineering work — the full Digital Venue stack (voice, language, retrieval, agent runtime) runs on consumer hardware in a sealed environment. No data egress. No external API calls. No model weights phoning home. Commercial on-premise program opens H2 2026 for a small cohort of launch customers.
